Grief doesn’t only live in our thoughts. It settles into breath, posture, sleep and the tissues of the body — a texture we carry, an echo that can travel through families for generations.
Every relationship builds a scaffolding. The dance of someone’s harmonics with yours — memories, conversations, moments good and hard, smells, foods, songs, laughter, tears, routines — becomes a structure you live within. When they die, that scaffolding falls away. Their song is no longer as present, or as loud, and the weave between you changes. The stronger the fulcrum of their song in your life, the deeper the scaffolding you lose.
In this three-hour online workshop, I share what nearly 20 years of hands-on work and my own loss have taught me about how grief moves through the weave of us: body, chemistry, ancestry and field. You’ll explore the anatomy of your system — why we are made of vibrational resonance, and how grief reshapes its scaffolding — learn to notice where loss is held in your own system, find words for how it feels, and understand the scaffolding that has gone — so you can begin to build your own, and choose your swim lanes.
There’s no movement or bodywork — I share what I’ve learned, and I welcome what you bring. No experience needed. Come as you are.
This is a teaching space, not therapy. If your loss is very recent or feels overwhelming, you’re welcome to contact me before booking.
