My Approach
My approach is grounded in deep listening, intuitive awareness, and a gentle therapeutic touch. I work with individuals and families experiencing stress, chronic pain, fatigue, neurological imbalance, emotional overwhelm, post-surgical recovery, trauma, and the lasting effects of life’s challenges on the body and nervous system.
Each session is tailored to the individual, creating a safe and supportive space for the body to settle, rebalance, and reconnect with its natural capacity to heal.
What is Craniosacral Therapy?
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms to support healing, regulation, and restoration. Using a light touch, it helps release patterns of stress, tension, injury, and deeply held trauma within the body and nervous system.
This holistic therapy works across multiple systems of the body, including the musculoskeletal, neurological, circulatory, cardiovascular, immune, and fascial systems. By supporting the movement of cerebrospinal fluid and the balance of the craniosacral system—the membranes and fluids surrounding the brain and spinal cord—the body is encouraged to shift out of stress and into a state of repair and rebalancing.
Sessions are slow, calming, and deeply restorative, allowing the body space to unwind and heal at its own pace.
Practiced by Healthcare Professionals
Craniosacral Therapy is practiced worldwide by a range of qualified healthcare professionals and complementary practitioners, including osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors, doctors, dentists, occupational therapists, midwives, and integrative therapists.
Its gentle and non-invasive nature allows it to work safely alongside many conventional and complementary healthcare approaches.
Integrative Healthcare
As an integrative therapy, Craniosacral Therapy supports the body’s innate healing capacity by helping to regulate the nervous system, release restrictions within the tissues and membranes, and restore healthy fluid movement throughout the body.
Physical strain, surgery, emotional stress, trauma, illness, and postural patterns can all affect the body’s internal rhythms and fluid systems. Over time, these imbalances may contribute to pain, fatigue, tension, emotional overwhelm, or a feeling of being “stuck” within the system.
By encouraging balance within the craniosacral and fluid systems of the body, this work can support physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing, making it a valuable complement to other healthcare treatments and therapies.

What People Are Saying
“I never thought that at the age of 84 I would be having one to one sessions with a Personal Trainer but after speaking with Maggie I had to give it a go. I explained how I was having problems with my pelvic floor. My GP had said that it was old age and I should just accept that this is the way it will be. Maggie on the other hand said the pelvic floor is a muscle and like all muscles they can be strengthen and improved. I saw her for 8 weeks, she took me through various core exercises as well as pelvic floor exercises and now I do them at home every day and my pelvic floor is much stronger. I no longer have that sense of urgency that would always send me into a panic.”

“Maggie is a natural healer, with a beautiful soul. I came to Maggie after many years of pain. Everyone I went to varied with their opinions and I usually was in more pain after their sessions. I have been to 3 sessions, and already beginning to heal. I couldn’t hardly walk after Covid now I can walk three miles with no pain. My body is learning to relax instead of going into fight or flight. There was so much fear and trauma that had built up over the years and so much has been released. I will still go for further treatments as I feel I still have some more work to do. I completely trust this beautiful lady. Thank you Maggie with so much love from my heart and soul.💜💜💜

“Its very hard to put this experience into words. I have had opportunity to meet Maggie during my second visit to Brighton. She is an intuitive and connected therapist, figures out need of body and works according to it. During my massage session, I could feel strong tangible flow of energies into my body, which healed me of every minor stiffness and other energy blockages. I can happily recommend her to anyone who wants a deeper experience of massage therapy. Thank you Maggie.Blessings,Vipin”
