About Margarita Bennett

A Bit About Me

I’ve always been fascinated by the human body—how it moves, how it holds experience, and how it constantly works to find balance. Over the years, that curiosity has deepened into a genuine love for anatomy and the subtle intelligence of the body’s systems, especially the fascia and craniosacral rhythm.

My work is rooted in a hands-on understanding of how the body functions. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Pilates instructor and personal trainer, which gave me a strong foundation in movement, biomechanics, and postural awareness. That background still informs everything I do—allowing me to see patterns and connections that aren’t always obvious, and to support clients not just in healing pain, but in understanding how their body works.

I’m especially drawn to fascia—the connective tissue that weaves through the entire body and plays a huge role in how we move, feel, and function. My fascination with fascia has shaped my approach, blending clinical precision with a more intuitive, whole-body perspective. I also have a deep respect for Cranio-Sacral Therapy, which has taught me to listen more closely to the body’s quieter signals and to trust its natural wisdom.

This combination of structural knowledge and sensitivity to subtle cues gives me a slightly different lens than many therapists. I’m here to help you feel more connected to your body—not just to relieve discomfort, but to help you better understand and trust it.

Education and qualifications

Margarita brings over two decades of experience in rehabilitation, movement, and holistic healing. Her journey began in the fitness industry, where she excelled as a Personal Trainer and Specialist Pilates Instructor, focusing on postural alignment, injury recovery, and functional movement. Seeking a deeper understanding of the body’s healing mechanisms, she pursued a degree in Clinical and Remedial Massage, specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and soft tissue therapy.

Her passion for integrative healing led her to train extensively in Cranio-Sacral Therapy, a gentle yet profound approach that works with the body’s innate rhythms to release deep-seated trauma. Margarita has also developed advanced expertise in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Breathwork, and Energy Healing, allowing her to bridge the gap between clinical rehabilitation and holistic well-being.

A naturally gifted intuitive with highly attuned abilities, Margarita combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with energy-based healing, offering a truly integrative approach. She has a keen interest in quantum physics and neuroscience, continually deepening her understanding of how the mind, body, and energy field interact. By weaving together science and spirituality, she provides a multidimensional healing experience that addresses the body on both a physical, spiritual, energetic level, guiding clients toward lasting transformation and balance.

Welcome I’m Margarita Bennett, and I support people through the many layers of physical and emotional healing. My work brings together a mix of therapeutic approaches—some rooted in clinical bodywork, others more subtle and energy-focused—all designed to meet you where you are.

How I See Healing

I see healing as a personal, layered process—not a quick fix, and never one-size-fits-all. That’s why I take a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach, which simply means I consider the whole of you: your body, your mind, your emotional state, and your lived experience.

Some people come for relief from pain. Others are looking to reconnect with themselves after a period of stress or change. Some don’t quite know why they’re drawn to this work—just that something feels stuck or off. All of that is welcome.

My Approach

No two sessions are the same. Each one is shaped by what you need that day, what you share, and what I sense from your system in the moment. Whether you’re coming in with a specific concern—like pain in your neck or hips—or simply feel the need to unwind and reset, we’ll work together to find the right approach.

Techniques I may use include:

  • Clinical Massage & Deep Tissue

  • Trigger Point Therapy

  • Myofascial Release & Fascial Unwinding

  • Cranio-Sacral Therapy

  • Gentle Energy Balancing

  • Breathwork or Guided Relaxation

Some sessions are more hands-on and physical, especially if we’re working with pain or tension. Others may lean into stillness, subtle release, or nervous system regulation. It really depends on what feels right for you and what your body is asking for.

Energy Work & Subtle Healing

For those who are curious or open to it, I also offer sessions that focus more on energy and the quieter layers of healing. These are slower, more spacious treatments that use gentle touch (or no touch), visualization, and deep listening to help clear tension, emotional blocks, and energetic stagnation.

This kind of work can feel grounding, calming, or even clarifying—especially for people dealing with stress, overwhelm, or unresolved experiences. It’s not about fixing anything, but rather creating the space for your system to unwind, reconnect, and shift.

Lectures and Teachings

Margarita dedicates much of her time to studying the human system, exploring it through both anatomical and energetic perspectives. Her deep curiosity also extends into the realms of quantum science and vibrational resonance. Drawing on this broad knowledge base, she shares her insights through lectures, blogs, and YouTube videos—guiding others to understand our connection to the field and how we are intricately woven within it.
