Super excited to be offering Core Strength and Stretch Outdoor Classes following Social Distancing protocols. These are being run on Hove lagoon every Tuesday and Friday at 8.00am – prebook prior to joining.
Ideally you need to bring your own equipment but if you don’t have a mat I can provide one. The focus of these classes are for Core Strength and Stretch. The primary focus is to strengthen and teach you how to be in the right alignment so as to be able to engage the correct muscles. We are all working from home more which means our postures are suffering. In these classes you will not only learn which muscles you should be engaging when working out but you will also learn how to engage them while doing a core stability class. We need to make sure that the right muscles are being activated so as to prevent pain and injury.
The class is 40 mins of training
20 mins of Self-Care techniques to release tension and manage pain
Groups no bigger then 9x
WHAT TO BRING – Please make sure you bring your mat, water, a tennis ball or massage ball and trainers.
Note.* if there is rain the class will be moved to a zoom class.
